Cancellation Policy
Each report is prepared personally using the information you provide. Please review these terms before purchasing. SERVICE FORMAT Reports are written PDFs delivered by email. They do not include a live reading, Zoom session, phone call, or consultation. Optional tarot pull add ons are delivered in the format stated in the service listing and do not include a live session. BOOKING & DELIVERY The date selected during booking serves as your report delivery date. No attendance is required. Reports are emailed within the timeframe stated in the service description or confirmed by email. Please provide a correct email address and check your inbox and spam folder. For tarot pull add ons, allow up to 72 hours after report delivery for the tarot portion to arrive. It may arrive sooner or alongside your report. If required information arrives after report delivery, the 72 hour window begins once that information is received. REQUIRED INFORMATION Provide accurate birth dates, birth times when known, and complete birth locations for everyone included. Clearly state unknown birth times, which may limit parts of the analysis. Tarot pulls may require your question and brief context, including the nature of a connection and whether you are currently communicating. Missing information or delayed responses may postpone preparation and delivery.
